Refund Policies
The club abides by the following refund policies for all programs. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com.
Global rules that apply to all programs:
All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond the Club's control may result in modified schedules — refunds or credits will not be issued in those cases unless specifically stated. Coaches do not make decisions regarding refunds.
Recreation Programs
Recreation Soccer Program
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted by the Monday prior to the first weekend of games. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refund not to exceed 50% of Registration Fee.
Late fees are non-refundable even with a season-ending injury.
Weather or unavoidable circumstances — no refunds or adjustments.
Arlington Development Program (ADP)
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted 15 calendar days prior to the first weekend of games. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refund not to exceed 30% of Registration Fee.
Late fees are non-refundable even with a season-ending injury.
Weather or unavoidable circumstances — no refunds or adjustments.
Competitive Programs
Travel & Academy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Non-injury cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required within 10 business days of injury) — pro-rated refund at the discretion of the club.
Late fees are non-refundable even with a season-ending injury.
USL Summer League
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted 15 calendar days prior to the first weekend of games. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refund not to exceed 30% of Registration Fee.
Late fees are non-refundable even with a season-ending injury.
Weather or unavoidable circumstances — no refunds or adjustments.
Camps, Clinics & Futsal
Soccer Camps & Clinics
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the start date. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refunds handled on a case-by-case basis.
Weather or unavoidable circumstances — no refunds or adjustments.
Camps & Clinics at Arlington Training Center (ATC)
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the start date. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refunds handled on a case-by-case basis.
Weather or unavoidable circumstances — no refunds or adjustments.
Futsal Program
Non-injury cancellations must be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the start date. Any cancellation after that date is not eligible for a refund.
Season-ending injury (doctor's signed letter required) — refunds handled on a case-by-case basis.

Special Events & Tournaments
More than 14 days before

Special Events (Showcases, ECNL ID Sessions)
Note: Events have a stricter refund policy due to advanced planning, staffing, and third-party commitments.
Injury or illness — full refund minus fees.
Event canceled by the Club due to weather or other issues — refunds considered at the Club's discretion after fixed costs are accounted for.
ASIST Tournament
If the entire tournament weekend is canceled, accepted teams will receive a refund at the discretion of the tournament committee after financial commitments have been met.
No refunds will be given if any games are played on the tournament weekend.
