New Coach Orientation:
Arlington Soccer will host a field orientation open to all new Recreation coaches. The session covers the basics of running a safe and effective practice, along with practical tips for keeping players engaged, active, and having fun. Coaches consistently find this session both helpful and a real game-changer.
The orientation is typically held during one of the two weekends prior to the start of practices, ensuring coaches feel prepared and confident before meeting their team for the first time.
