Academy Club & Academy Leadership
Technical Director German Peri
Coaching Philosophy

I have three goals when coaching. Creating an environment that encourages athletes to learn and develop on and off the playing field, while also creating a positive learning experience in good and bad times. Sharing the knowledge that I have gained from brilliant teachers and coaches, and also by playing this beautiful game. Understanding that as coaches we can never stop learning, and the moment we think we know everything it's time to get out of coaching.

Coaching Philosophy

I have always striven to become a better coach — not just for my personal growth, but to guide our players in their development and support our coaching staff on their own journeys. I believe it's vital that our coaches continuously learn, grow, and refine their skills to create the best possible environment for our players. I'm committed to instilling the values of the game — the same values I would want for my own children — values that reach far beyond the field and positively shape lives. My goal is for both players and coaches to never settle for the status quo, whether in training, competition, or performance.
