Training Structure
All teams follow our Boys ECNL Academy curriculum, methodology and training structure:
- 10 month training calendar
- 4 Training Sessions per week during Fall / Spring.
- 3 Training Sessions per week during Winter.
- Periodized schedule to focus on development and reduce the risk of injury
- Performance Training with periodic physical testing / evaluation.
- Access to consultant sessions for mental, nutrition and overall wellness.
- Individual Player Evaluations.
- Specific Goalkeeper Training
- Professional, A & B licensed coaching staff
- Staff includes current college coaches to assist in the college recruiting process
- Certified Performance Coaches who track individual player progress
- All games are filmed with individual player and team access to a videography platform, which can also be used for the college recruiting process
- Increased college recruiting opportunities through nationally-held US Soccer events and nationally sanctioned tournaments
- Matches regularly attended by US Soccer Scouts and Coaches to identify
Tryout Process
Arlington Soccer Travel Program tryouts are held every Spring for the following fall-to-spring soccer year.
Tryout Process
- Players register for tryouts online
- Attend tryout sessions by age group
- Coaches evaluate:

- Tactical awareness
- Physical attributes
- Attitude and teamwork
Players selected for teams receive offers and commit for the full soccer year, including the fall, summer, and spring seasons.
Club & Team Fees
Club fees vary by team. Differences in Club Fees are primarily due to league participation and optional training opportunities, depending on level.
PLEASE NOTE: Non-Arlington County residents will be assessed an additional full-year non- resident pass-through fee.

Commitment
When a player commits to an Arlington Soccer ECNL Academy Team and completes the registration, the player is considered to be registered at Arlington Soccer. Each player is bound to Arlington Soccer for the seasonal year, which runs from July 1st to June 30th of the following year and the family is obligated to fulfill the financial obligations for that seasonal year.
Deposit & Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit is required for all age groups. Arlington Soccer Association allows parent to pay the full club and team fee balances in advance or a interest-free payment plan, excluding the initial deposit.
