Fall 2026 Rec Soccer Registration
Registration is open for Fall 2026 Recreational Soccer — Kindergarten through High School, boys and girls.
Regular price registration is open now through July 31st.
Register for Fall 2026 Rec Soccer
Arlington Soccer's Recreational Program is open to boys and girls from Kindergarten through High School. Teams practice once per week with a game once per week (some older teams may choose to practice twice per week). Return to Team registration ends Tuesday, June 30th — starting in July, the price increases by $10 and players needing teams will begin being placed onto teams with openings. Returning players and those looking to join a new team should register immediately, as new players are added to teams in the order they registered.
New Registration System: We are using a new registration system this season, so please review the steps below carefully. Because it is a new system, you will need to upload a date of birth document at the time you register — even if you already uploaded one under the old system.

Return to Rec
JulyPlayers needing placement are assigned to teams with openings as space allows.
While we are generally successful in placing players, we cannot guarantee placement on specific teams or in specific areas of the county.
Waitlist
Begins August 1$165 per player (plus additional county fees)
Registrations are placed on a waitlist and added only if space becomes available. Players who cannot be placed will not be charged.

Step 1
Create a PlayMetrics Account- First-time users must create a PlayMetrics account before registering

Register for Fall 2026 Rec Soccer- Once your PlayMetrics account is set up, complete your Fall 2026 Rec registration
- Volunteer coach registration is available during checkout for those interested in coaching a team
- Financial aid information and applications are available during checkout, before payment
May – September
How player placement works from Return to Team through the season opener
Return to Team
May – June- Players who participated during Spring 2026 receive priority placement back onto their previous team before new players are added
- New players are encouraged to register early and will be added to teams in registration order as space becomes available
Return to Rec
July- Players needing placement are assigned to teams with openings
- While we are generally successful in placing players, we cannot guarantee placement on specific teams or in specific areas of the county
Waitlist
August- Registrations received in August will be placed on a waitlist and added only if space becomes available
- Players who cannot be placed will not be charged

Grade-Specific Rules
- A summary of grade-specific rules is available in the full Rec Rules guide
- Beginning in 2nd grade, earrings are not permitted during games due to FIFA regulations
- From 1st through 4th grade, only a limited number of Travel players are allowed per Rec team
- Beginning in 5th grade, Select and Travel players are not eligible for Rec participation — this includes players on Arlington and all other Travel teams, including PAC
- Futures, Rec Skills, and ADP programs do not count as Travel participation

Ordering Your Uniform
New & returning players- All Rec players are required to wear the official Arlington Soccer uniform kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) during games
- Returning players may reuse a uniform from a previous season if it still fits
- New players and those needing a new size can order a uniform through our online store

Students attending Abingdon, Barcroft, Barrett, Campbell, Carlin Springs, Drew, Randolph, Jefferson, Kenmore, and Wakefield must upload a screenshot of their StudentVue displaying their name, grade, and school.

This calendar uses 8 Saturdays for divisions with an even number of teams. Divisions with an odd number of teams will have some Sunday games. Schedule is tentative and subject to change.
