ADP Information Zone 2025-26
Two changes to practice schedules:
Starting this Oct 24th, due to lack of daylight, teams that practice at Bluemont Junction (does not have lights) on Fridays will move to Kenmore (has lights) for the rest of the season. Practices will be at the same time.
We are being moved by the county off of the Quincy field on 10/27 for a YULA (Ultimate Frisbee) event. Its only for this one day. So, all teams that normally practice at Quincy will move to Kenmore and practice at their normal time slots.

- Last Monday Pool Session is Nov 3rd (since there were no sessions on Labor Day)

ADP Program Updates for 2025-2026 Seasonal Year
At Arlington Soccer, we are always striving to elevate the player and family experience in ADP and all our soccer programs.
Here are the key improvements you can look forward to:
• More Professional Coaching: Both team and pool sessions will now be overseen by professional coaches. While we continue to value our amazing volunteer coaches, this addition ensures top-tier, consistent guidance for all our players.
• Enhanced Training: Our training session topics will align with those of our travel teams, accelerating player development and making the transition to travel teams smoother. This also means more opportunities for ADP players to potentially guest play in travel games.
• Game Day Coaching Support: A professional coach will be present at every ADP game. In addition to your assigned pro coach attending specific games, this coach will support our volunteer coaches, players, and referees, ensuring our program philosophies are upheld.
• End-of-Season Scrimmagefest: To celebrate a fantastic season, we will host an exciting end-of-season Scrimmagefest for all ADP teams for the fall season. This event will be a fun and competitive day of scrimmages designed to help players develop their skills in a lively, supportive environment.
ADP is dedicated to providing every player with a consistent, high-quality training and playing experience. Our kids deserve the best opportunities to achieve their soccer goals, and these improvements are a step toward that commitment.

Learn more about the ADP program. |
The purpose and mission of ADP is to develop, administer and promote a program providing Arlington area youths with the opportunity to acquire and develop soccer skills through higher levels of competition and greater coaching expertise in a professional training environment.
In the Fall of 2013 Arlington Soccer launched ADP. ADP is positioned between the Rec and Travel programs in the range of soccer programs offered by Arlington Soccer.
The program has the following goals:
- To provide boys & girls with soccer playing opportunities where the focus is skill development and game understanding in a professional training environment
- To group players of similar abilities together for practice sessions and matches
- To offer recreational players increased access to professional coaching, as well as supplement the training they receive on their recreational teams
This program provides players with an opportunity to focus on technical and tactical development in a professional training environment with less commitment, money, travel, and time than travel soccer. It provides a higher level of playing and training than the rec program by grouping players of similar abilities during the week in training and during the weekend in matches while being observed and trained by professional and volunteer coaches. The players’ social, physical and cognitive development are the priorities each season - not match results.
ADP provides a quality soccer experience for U9, U10 and U11 boys and girls. The ADP Director, as well as the professional and volunteer coaches, work with each team during the fall and spring to provide an enjoyable learning environment through ten weeks of scheduled practices and eight weekend matches.
