Soccer Instinct Clinics (Recreational / Travel / ADP)
The Soccer Instinct program builds on the concept of differential learning and combines:
Neuro-athletic training
Scanning / visual training
Decision making
Smart & variable movements
Technical training
All elements are integrated into soccer-specific drills where the ball is always present.
We view every action in the game as a four-stage process: perception – processing – decision – execution. Traditional training focuses mainly on execution; we deliberately work on the first three stages as well.
Our approach is holistic and challenges players with varied cognitive, visual, and coordinative stimuli, instead of repeating the same patterns. We combine passing, dribbling and shooting with dynamic cognitive tasks to improve the speed, quality and adaptability of actions on the field. Goal: players who perceive faster, decide smarter, and execute with precision.
This program will open both fields at ATC for one large field. Session will be divided into groups of boys and groups of girls.
Fridays: February 20 - March 27
60 minute sessions
Location: Indoors - ATC (Arlington Training Center)
