Coaching Philosophy:
We want to form our players to be good citizens, good students and the best soccer players they can be. It is very important to educate the person as much as the players while having FUN playing soccer. If they don’t have fun, they will not stick to it.
We aim to develop players with a high level of awareness that make good decisions on the field. Skillful players that have the ability to execute decisions made and put the team first, give maximum effort and compete to win.

Oscar has a vast background in youth development with over 18 years of coaching experience in Spain and USA.
While in Spain, Oscar coached in the top youth division in Spain (same divisions as professional teams like FC Barcelona) and worked alongside some of the most recognized soccer coaches in the world, including the former director of the F.C. Barcelona Youth Academy Albert Benaiges, and former technical manager of the Liverpool F.C. Academy and General Manager of F.C. Barcelona, Pep Segura.
