The same card is used for both recreational players and team officials.

There is no fee for these cards.

The US Youth Soccer Member Pass/Membership Card is issued to Arlington Soccer Association recreational players and team officials that fall into one of the categories listed below:

1. When a Arlington Soccer Association recreation team is participating in a Virginia Youth Soccer Association sanctioned tournament that includes travel and recreation teams.
    
2. When a Virginia Youth Soccer Association recreation team is participating in an out of state sanctioned tournament that includes recreation teams.
    
3. When a Arlington Soccer Association recreation player is asked to participate as a “Guest Player” with a travel team that is participating in a Virginia Youth Soccer Association sanctioned or out of state sanctioned tournament that allows guest players.

For a player to be eligible for the player pass (the insurance requires) he/she must have participated on an Arlington Soccer Association Recreation Team during the current seasonal year
