Victorious ASA Girls U-10 All Star Team
The Arlington/Falls Church U-10 All Star Team won their division in the Annual Father's Day Fairfax Police Youth Club Tournament held June 18-19.

Arlington/Falls Church U-10 All Star Team In very competitive games against Burke, McLean, Annandale, and Fairfax Police, the team posted a 4-0 record.

Aggressive offensive play by forwards Logan Stelck, Lauren Roberts, Maggie Mascarenhas, and Sarah Ciampa (who scored at least one goal in each game) led to the team's 8 goals overall.

The defenders Victoria Travers, Kylie Auble, Angie Reyes, and Katherine Lawson, and goalies Brogan Felga and Christina Giarusso allowed only one goal. Midfielders Miska Chehata, Kyra Gray, Megan Wrobel and Anna Hudgins (named team MVP) supported both offense and defense.

The ASA All Star Team played 3 games on Saturday, including an 8 AM game and another 8 AM game on Sunday morning. The team, coached by John Sullivan, held only 4 practices.

The All Star teams are made up of players from various ASA recreational soccer teams.
