Arlington, VA, February 26, 2021: Arlington Soccer Association announced today that its elite girls’ program will join the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) for the 2021-22 season. As the nation’s leading youth soccer development platform, the ECNL mission is to Raise the Game across the country. The ECNL respects and celebrates the unique individuality of every youth soccer
“The ECNL continually provides players, clubs and coaches with the ability to achieve their goals through top-level competition,” said ECNL Girls Commissioner Jen Winnagle. “We are excited to have Arlington Soccer join the league to continue that mission. Players will experience new competition and face new programs through the ECNL platform, and the addition of new member clubs fulfills the demand for a constantly growing and increasing standard of excellence to keep the nation’s best players challenged.”
Arlington will be a part of the Mid-Atlantic Conference that includes other area elite teams from BRYC, Loudoun, McLean, VDA and Richmond United.
